Welcome to our Term of Use. Below we will tell you all about our terms of use for all of our services. Please make sure you reed and understand these terms before buying and using our services. By using Kurbo Services and/or our other products, we assume you’ve accepted these Terms of Use.
Kurbo is a small business registered in Italy under the number 0143850457. You can always contact us by writing an e-mail to team@kurbo.dev. These terms are an addition to our other terms, suchas our cookie policy and privacy policy.
Account Usage
We want to keep our services and confidential information safe. That’s why you are bound to secure your Kurbo account with a strong password that you don’t use for other means. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account with any third parties or individuals that are not a part of your company. You must inform us immediately if you get any information about your account being hacked or if you get information about the unauthorized usage of your account.
Theme Use and Copyright
On Kurbo you can by one ore more website themes. If so, you get access to your account where you can find the theme files. The theme files are a property of Kurbo. You are free to use the theme on one Directus instance. You can not share the theme with others or third parties. Sharing the theme through internet is strictly forbidden. Also, sharing the theme files with any third party is not allowed.
Summarizing, you must not:
- Republish material from Kurbo
- Sell, rent or rub-license material from Kurbo
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Kurbo
- Redistribute content from Kurbo
When you buy a Kurbo Service or Product, you will find a link to Kurbo (Build with Kurbo.dev – themes for Directus) and a link to the specific theme. You can not change or erase these links.
Ownership
All content, videos, images and products used on this website, including the documentation, are a property of Kurbo. Although you can refer to everything on this website, you can’t claim our content or products without our consent. You can’t copy our content without our permission.
Refund Policy and Warranty
If something goes wrong with our Service or Product, please contact us immediately. You can ask for a refund within fourteen days, however, this only applies if you didn’t deploy the schema or download the theme files from your account.
Our products and services are provided to you as-is. We don’t give any warranty for its quality. We shall never be liable for any damage or flaw in the product.
Product Compatibility
All our themes are designed to be compatible with Directus. Kurbo supports the latest modern web browsers, like Chrome, Brave, Safari and Firefox.
Payment
For the standard plans (theme, or theme incl. installation support) we process your payment through Stripe. They will take care of the payment process. Accepted payment methodes include Credit Card and Paypal. Other payment methodes may be available depending on your country and region.
For custom offers we will make a personal contract and quote. We ask a pre-payment of 30 precent. The rest of the quote will be payed at the conclusion of our project. All invoices must be payed within 30 business days.
Quote
Our quotes are detailed proposals that outline the scope, timeline, and pricing for your project. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, final pricing may be adjusted based on detailed requirements discovered during development. We reserve the right to charge additional fees if necessary.
